EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN GOLONGAN STATIN PADA PASIEN DENGAN ATHEROSKLEROSIS DI RSI SULTAN AGUNG SEMARANG



Dyslipidemia is a metabolic disorder characterized by an increase in the
concentration of total cholesterol, Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, or
triglycerides, and a decrease in High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.
Dyslipidemia can cause atherosclerosis with an increased risk of coronary heart
disease. Elevated LDL cholesterol levels correlate with an increased risk of CHD.
This study aims to use the statin group and determine the effect of presenting the
statin group on total cholesterol, Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, or
triglycerides, and decreasing High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in the
blood.
This research is a descriptive non-experimental research. The approach
was carried out retrospectively based on the patient's medical record data. The
data was taken at the Sultan Agung Hospital, Semarang for the period JanuaryDecember 2020 and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign test.
The data obtained in the form of the use of statin drugs in CHD patients
with atherosclerosis at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang were analyzed for
compliance with PERKI 2017 and evaluated by the Pre-post design method,
analyzed using Kolmogorov Smirnov as a normality test and the Wilcoxon Sign
