Cardiovascular disease is a disease that attacks the heart and blood
vessels. Cardiovascular treatment can be done by mechanical reperfusion. One
of the mechanical reperfusion measures is Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
(PCI). Ticagrelor therapy in PCI patients aims to suppress the work of platelets so
that they are inactive during stent placement and can reduce the incidence of
cardiovascular death or ischemic complications.
This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the ticagrelor loading dose and
therapeutic dose of cardiovascular patients with PCI in the cardiac center of Dr.
Kariadi Semarang. This type of research is a retrospective descriptive
observational study based on medical record data. The data obtained were then
analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.
The results of the study of male sex characteristics were 81.4% more than
female 18.6%. Age characteristics showed the highest frequency of patients in
the age group 56-65 years (late elderly), namely 56.7%. The diagnosis of
Atherosclerotic Heart Disease was obtained as much as 94.9%, the accuracy
according to the guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology 2017 Loading
dose 95.5%, therapeutic dose 92.6%, interval 92.6%, indication 100% and route
100%
