PENERAPAN COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT) QURANIK PADA PASIEN DENGAN GANGGUAN KECEMASAN



Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is an emotional condition that is
generally caused by the perception of a danger that threatens the safety of an
individual. This makes a person prepare for or react to environmental
changes. Meanwhile, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a form of
anxiety in which a person feels that there is an urge or compulsive thoughts
that occur repeatedly and are persistent. This study aims to determine the
effectiveness of the Quranic CBT method in overcoming anxiety disorder.
This study used the Treatment Trials research method with purposive
sampling techniques. There are 20 patients in this study with anxiety disorder
who are currently undergoing treatment with antidepressants. The sample
was divided into 2 groups: group 1 was a group of patients who were on
antidepressant therapy with Quranic CBT and group 2 was a group of
patients who used antidepressant drugs and without Quranic CBT therapy.
Data were collected from the results of interviews and medical records of
patients at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang from January 2021 to April 2021.
The results showed that there was a significant difference in the
reduction in anxiety levels between the 2 treatment groups, there are 30,84%
for treatment with Quranic CBT and 12,85% for treatment without Quranic
