EVALUASI KERASIONALAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIPLATELET PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT AISYIYAH BOJONEGORO PERIODE 2020



Ischemic stroke is a disease caused by the formation of local thrombus or embolism, resulting in occlusion of the cerebral artery. Ischemic stroke occurs almost 80% and is the most common stroke. One of the pharmacological therapies used in patients with ischemic stroke is antiplatelet The purpose of this study was to investigate the profile and to evaluate the use of antiplatelet in patients with ischemic stroke in terms of the what parameters of indication, the exact patient, the exact drug, and the exact dose. The study included observational (non-experimental) types, with retrospective data retrieval and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the most cases experienced by female patients was 54,02% and was followed by comorbidities, namely hypertension at 39,08%. The results of the evaluation of antiplatelet usage (aspirin, clopidogrel and ciloztazole) were 100% precise indication; 97,70% precise patient; 98,85% precise drug; 94,25% precise dose.
