Clinic as a health service facility that organizes and provides basic and/or
specialist medical services, is organized by more than one type of health worker
and led by a medical worker. Scabies is an infectious skin disease caused by
Sarcoptes scabei hominis variant which can be transmitted through direct human
contact. This study aims to determine the influence of the level of knowledge and
the degree of public health to change the behavior of patients to live clean and
healthy with behavioral analysis of changes in scabies rates in all branches of Kinik
Derma, Central Java.
This type of research is experimental observational with cross sectional
design, purposive sampling technique. The population is all patients who come to
the Derma clinic with a diagnosis of scabies in the period February-April 2021. This
research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet with the application of
measurement indicators for health maintenance and behavioral change, while for
the diagnosis of scabies using a medical examination. Data presentation is
presented in the form of Pie Diagram or Histogram and hypothesis testing with t
test.
The results of this study indicate that there is an influence on the level of
