TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN INFORMASI OBAT DI APOTEK R3DI KECAMATAN KOTA KABUPATEN KUDUS



Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feelings that arise as a result of from
the health service performance obtained after the patient compares it with what to
expect. Satisfaction will be achieved if optimal results are obtained with pay
attention to the ability of patients and attention to patient complaints. This research
aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with drug information services in
R3DI Pharmacy, City District, Kudus Regency.
This research method is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional
approach. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling
technique with inclusion criteria and exclusion. The research instrument used a
questionnaire as primary data.
The results of the analysis of the level of satisfaction with drug information
services at the R3DI Pharmacy is the reliability dimension obtained an average of
3,33, the responsiveness dimension is obtained an average of 3,30, the dimension
of assurance obtained an average of 3,32, the dimension of empathy obtained an
average of 3,32 and on the dimensions of the form obtained an average of 3,29. It
means that the patient is satisfied with the drug information service at the R3DI
pharmacy.
