In the prescription service flow, administrative screening is required to
minimize medication errors. Medication errors are events that harm patients due
to the use of drugs during the handling of health workers which can actually be
prevented. The purpose of this study was to determine the administrative
completeness of BPJS prescriptions at Apotek Kimia Farma 324 Semarang for the
period January - March 2021 in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation
No.74 of 2016 and to determine whether or not there is a relationship between
prescription administrative completeness and potential medication errors in BPJS
patients at Apotek Kimia Farma 324 Semarang.
This research is quantitative and data collection is done retrospectively.
The sampling technique was determined using the Simple Random Sampling
method, which is a technique of taking samples from members of the population
randomly without regard to the strata in the population, which is assumed to be a
homogeneous population. Then the data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and
SPSS with correlation test.
The results of the analysis of the completeness of the prescription
administratively include the doctor's name, address, and SIP number 100%, date
of prescription writing 96.9%, R/ sign 94.1%, 100% drug name, 87.9% dose, 96%
usage rules , the doctor's initials were 91.7%, the patient's name was 100%, the
address was 88.88%, the age was 83.33%, and the gender was 100%. And the
relationship between prescription administrative completeness and potential
medication error shows the result of 0.00
