ANALISIS INTERAKSI OBAT PADA PASIEN DISPEPSIA DENGAN PENYAKIT PENYERTA DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN KLINIK SARI MEDIKA KABUPATEN SEMARANG



Dyspepsia is a collection of symptoms of pain or discomfort in the
epigastrium accompanied by a burning sensation in the chest and abdomen,
epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, belching, feeling full
quickly, or flatulence. Dyspepsia with comorbidities causes patients to get more
than two kinds of drugs, this triggers the occurrence of complexity or interactions.
The drug used is likely to have drug interactions such as omeprazole with
diazepam which can cause drug interactions in the pharmacokinetic phase. Drug
interactions can be addictive, synergistic or antagonistic.
This study aims to determine the incidence of potential drug interactions
in dyspeptic patients at the Sari Medika Clinic, Semarang Regency. This
research was conducted with descriptive analysis method. The data search was
carried out retrospectively and analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis
in the form of percentages and levels of interaction are presented in tabular form.
From the data of dyspepsia patients analyzed in the outpatient installation
at Sari Medika Clinic, there is a percentage of 36.95% of patients experiencing
interaction and 63.05% of patients experiencing no interaction. Drug interactions
for Serious interaction level 8.82%, Closely 8.82% and Minor 82.36%.
