DESCRIPTION OF THE USE OF ANALGETIC DRUGS IN NORMAL POST PARTUM PATIENTS IN RSIA PURI AGUNG MAGELANG IN 2022 Pain management in post partum patients used analgesic drugs.
Analgesics that can be used are non-opiate analgesics, opiate analgesics and amide groups. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of analgesic drugs according to drug class, type of drug and analgesic drug preparation in normal post partum patients at RSIA Puri Agung Magelang in 2021. This research is a non-experimental study with a retrospective descriptive research design. The population of this study were all normal postpartum patients at RSIA Puri Agung Magelang in 2021 as many as 203 patients. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, based on the inclusion criteria, the number of samples in this study was 144 patients. The results of the study describing the use of analgesic drugs in normal postpartum patients at RSIA Puri Agung Magelang concluded that
the type of analgesic drug used was paracetamol 68 patients (47.2%), mefenamic acid 66 patients (45.8%) and at least 10 patients metamizole. (7%). All of the analgesic drug groups used were non-narcotic in 144 patients (100%) and the analgesic drug preparations used were tablets for 144 patients (100%).
