Waiting time is the time used by health workers in pharmacies to provide services to patients. Waiting time for prescription services is divided into waiting time for prescription drug services and waiting time for prescription drug concoction services. Waiting time is the time from when the patient submits a prescription until he receives the drug. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the waiting time for outpatient prescription services at Perusda Pharmacy, Kendal Regional Pharmacy Unit. The research was conducted at Perusda Farmasil, Kendal Regional Pharmacy Unit. The recipes used are concoction recipes and non-concoction recipes. This study uses a descriptive research design with a qualitative research type through observation sheets waiting time for prescription services by observing from the process of receiving prescriptions to drug delivery. While the sampling used is accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the average waiting time for prescription drug services was 30 minutes and the waiting time for non-concoctioned prescription drug services was 15 minutes, stating that the waiting time for prescription and non-concoctioned prescription services was in accordance with the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 concerning Standards.
