Black Cumin Seeds work to reduce LDL and HDL levels. This study aims to determine
the effect of the combination of Moringa Oleifera leaf extract and black cumin seeds
(Nigella Sativa) on ldl and hdl levels in male white rats with type 2 dm model.
This research is a laboratory experimental research. the tested animals were
divided into 6 groups @ 5 male wistar rats. normal control was given cmc na 0.5%,
negative control was given stz induction 40mg / kgbw + na 110mg / kgbb, positive control
type 2 dm rat + metformin 45mg / kgbb, kp 1 dm type 2 mouse + edkbjh 150 / 75mg /
kgbb, kp 2 type 2 dm mouse + edkbjh 100 / 150mg / kgbb, kp 3 type 2 dm rat + EDKBJH
50 / 225mg / kgbb. The data obtained were analyzed using ONE WAY ANOVA and
followed by the POST-HOC TEST.
