EVALUASI PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN ANTIBIOTIK SECARA KUANTITATIF DI INSTALASI FARMASI RSUD K.R.M.T WONGSONEGORO SEMARANG



Control is a management function to control/ensure whether human
resources have worked in accordance with their duties and responsibilities or not,
as well as ensure that all human resources have performed their duties
effectively and efficiently in accordance with previously determined plans or not.
This research was conducted with the aim of improving a system of drug
availability in hospital pharmacy installations so that the number of antibiotics can
be available according to hospital needs.
The method used in this research is EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) and
MMSL (Maximum-Minimum Stock Level). The EOQ method aims to minimize the
number of orders while the MMSL method is used to determine the minimum
stock and maximum stock of antibiotics that must be ordered.
The results obtained are the EOQ and MMSL methods can reduce the
number of antibiotics in stockout compared to stock ril. Number of antibiotics in
the method EOQ is categorized into stockout 7.6%, stagnant 53%, and normal
38%. While the number of antibiotics in the MMSL method obtained stockout and
stagnant no, but the normal category is 100%.
