EVALUASI SISTEM PELAPORAN INSIDEN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DENGAN METODE HEALTH METRICS NETWORK DI RSUD BENDAN PEKALONGAN

Patient safety is a system that makes patient care safer. A patient
safety incident is an event or situation that can cause or have the potential
to cause harm/injury that should not have occurred. The purpose of this study
was to evaluate the patient safety incident reporting system in the
pharmaceutical installation of Bendan Pekalongan Hospital.
This research is an observational descriptive which is supported by
qualitative data. The evaluation in this study used the Health Metrics Network
(HMN) method. HMN is the first attempt to develop an integrated framework
that facilitates effective coordination and joint action of all subsystems in the
health information system. The HMN method focuses not only on disease
information but on the whole system of statistics and health information.
The results of the evaluation of the patient safety incident reporting
system using the Health Metrics Network (HMN) method are that there are
no obstacles in the safety incident reporting system. This means that the
patient safety incident reporting system is in accordance with the standards
and guidelines contained in the patient safety incident reporting guide issued
by the KKP-RS team in 2015.
