In this digital era, there are still medical personnel who use traditional
medicine for people in certain areas. Medical personnel have certain reasons
why they are still preserving traditional medicine as an alternative treatment. The
purpose of this study was to determine the perception of TTK about the
usefulness of information systems in providing information on the use of
traditional medicines in the city of Semarang.
In this research, the method used is non-experimental observational
method with a sample approach of 51 TTK who work in health centers in Central
Java through the PD PAFI database in Central Java with a representative sample
using total sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests were carried out for
questionnaires and data presentation using statistical frequency.
The results showed that the perception of pharmaceutical technical
personnel at the puskesmas about the usefulness of information systems in
providing information on the use of traditional medicines in the city of Semarang
based on individual feelings, attitudes and personalities, prejudices, desires or
expectations, attention (focus) values, interests, and motivations is that some
people use traditional medicine to help achieve goals effectively.
