The pharmacy is one of the places where the pharmacy is practicing, all
the pharmacy staff who work in the pharmacy are obliged to carry out their duties
according to the stipulated laws and regulations, the doctor's prescription drug
service is one of the pharmacy services in the pharmacy. A good prescription
must contain aspects of the completeness of the prescription so that it can be
understood and understood because it can reduce the occurrence of medication
errors. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of the
prescription in seven Kendal district pharmacies that have met the requirements
for the completeness of the prescription.
This research is a descriptive non-experimental quantitative
observational study with retrospective data collection. The sampling technique
used is purposive sampling with the selection of pharmacies and prescriptions
based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria set by the researcher. Then
processed and evaluated for the completeness of the recipe.
Research that has been conducted on 311 prescriptions in seven
pharmacies in Kendal sub-district resulted in 57 complete prescriptions, namely
18,33% and incomplete 254 prescriptions of 81,67% with details of the doctor's
name (100%), SIP (100%) , doctor's address (100%), date of prescription
(97.43%), R / sign (100%), name of drug (100%), amount of drug (100%),
strength of drug (60,77%), dosage form ( 84,24%), mark how to use medicine
(100%), time to take medicine (88,10%), drug dose (93,89%), doctor's initial
(85,85%), patient's name (100%), patient's age (61,09%), patient's address
(42,12%).
