Patients who visit an internal medicine specialist clinic have a significant
requirement for cardiovascular meedications. This study seeks to establish the
incidence of stagnation and stockout of cardiovascular pharmaceuticals as input
for Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital Semarang’ s Outpatients Pharmacy Installation
as an evaluation material in the inventory calculation.
The study was conducted in March to April 2021. This study was a cross
sectional study design using retrospective data. The data source taken was an
electronic card stock for cardiovascular drugs for the period October-December
2020.The sample in this study was fifty items including antianginal drugs,
antidyslipidemia, antihypertensives and antiplatelet drugs.
The finding revealed 50 different cardiovascular treatments, including
antianginal, antidyslipidemia, antihypertensive and antiplatelet medications.
Between October and December 2020, the incidence of stationary cardiovascular
medications was 12 % antihypertensive, 6,7 % antiplatelet, 4 % antianginal and
3,3 % antidyslipidemia. Stockouts occured in the antihypertensive group 31,3 %,
the antidyslipidemia 3,3 %, antiplatelet 2,7 % and antianginal 2 %.
